This Site is about firearms. It covers gunsmithing, firearm parts, ammunition, and the services and information that go with them. Strikepoint Gunsmithing is a federally licensed firearms business, and we keep this Site for adults.
Federal law also sets minimum ages for firearm sales. Under 18 U.S.C. 922(b)(1), a licensed dealer may not sell or deliver a rifle, a shotgun, or ammunition for them to anyone under 18. The age for handguns and handgun ammunition is 21. Because of that law and the kind of work we do, this Site is meant only for people 18 and over.
When you answer Yes on the age check, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. Giving false information about your age is a violation of these Terms.
Getting past the age check does not by itself qualify you to buy anything. Every purchase and service is still subject to age and ID verification and to federal, Tennessee, and local law. You must be 21 or older for any purchase or transfer of a handgun or handgun ammunition through us, and we may ask for proof of age before we complete an order or job.

4. No Online Firearm Sales
- Strikepoint Gunsmithing does not sell firearms online through this Site.
- Any transfer of firearms must take place in compliance with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) requirements and applicable state laws.
5. Payment and Fees
- Prices for services will be provided upon request or via written estimates.
- Payment is due as specified on invoices. Failure to pay may result in delayed return of firearms or parts.
- If deposits are required, they are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Disclaimers
- Gunsmithing involves mechanical and cosmetic modifications to firearms. While we take care in all work performed, Strikepoint Gunsmithing is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or unsafe modifications made by others.
- Firearms must always be handled safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable laws.
- All services are provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strikepoint Gunsmithing shall not be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, arising from the use of this Site or services provided.
