- Strikepoint Gunsmithing does not sell firearms online through this Site.

4. Payment and Fees
- Prices for services will be provided upon request or via written estimates.
- Payment is due as specified on invoices. Failure to pay may result in delayed return of firearms or parts.
- If deposits are required, they are non-refundable once work has commenced.

- Gunsmithing involves mechanical and cosmetic modifications to firearms. While we take care in all work performed, Strikepoint Gunsmithing is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or unsafe modifications made by others.
- Firearms must always be handled safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and applicable laws.
- All services are provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strikepoint Gunsmithing shall not be liable for damages, including but not limited to incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, arising from the use of this Site or services provided.
