Questions
Is my data private?
Yes. Your records are visible only to you. We only store the last 4 characters of a serial number, never the full serial, and card payments are handled by Authorize.net, so card numbers never touch our server.
Is Free really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan never expires. It covers 1 firearm with the last 90 days of history and the basics.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because no card is needed for the trial. You simply stay on the Free plan, and all your data is kept.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Turn off auto-renew from your account in one click. You keep Paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
It’s kept. Free limits only change what you can see and log; nothing is deleted. Upgrade again and everything is back.
What’s the difference between cleaning and maintenance?
Cleaning is routine care: choose after every range session or every 250, 500 or a custom number of rounds, and tap Cleaned when you’re done. Maintenance is manufacturer-recommended service. The default list depends on the firearm type: recoil and striker springs for pistols, timing and cylinder checks for revolvers, bolt and gas system checks for rifles, and action and choke checks for shotguns. Each item defaults to 5,000 rounds, and you can set it to what your owner’s manual says.
How do I put it on my phone?
Open Round Tracker in your phone’s browser. On iPhone tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen”. On Android tap the Install prompt or the browser menu, then “Install app”. It opens full-screen like any other app.
